Project Additional Details

We will be building a house from the ground up. First week we will do the frame and roofing of the house. Following weeks we will be painting, putting up drywall, landscaping and any other details that need to be added.

The problem you want to help solve?
This is a family who needs affordable housing.
Why is it important?
This is important because it is a single minority mother with a young daughter who are barely getting by in their apartment. The mother's dream was to always own a home she could have her own and pass down to her daughter.
Who will benefit?
Single Mother and 16 yr old daughter.The house will be built in the West End area of Atlanta in early/mid April and should take 7 weeks to complete.
What will you be doing?
I will be volunteering every week, gathering volunteers and raising money to go towards the house.
