Hey everyone! I want to talk a little about the holiday season, because it is getting to be that time of year again! First of all, let me say a very early happy holidays to everyone! I celebrate Christmas with my family every year, and this year I've decided to ask for mostly charitable gifts to organizations that I care about. We are all so blessed, and we don't really NEED any more stuff! So, why not give it to the people who do need it? My family usually does like to give me a little something at least, so I let them, because I do like presents, and they like giving them to me, I just don't want an excess of unnecessary things in my life. So, I invite you to join me in doing something a little different this year, and making a difference even in the way that we celebrate, because it is a season of giving, and I think we should give to those who need it most!

I would like to congratulate you on what you have done so far. I was reading your blog and it seems like you have and are committed to helping those in need. I think that it is important that you continue to give and give as you can. I do love the idea of the Christmas gifts. I completely agree when you say that we don't need anything more and should give to those who do. I think that by getting your school involved for the upcoming seasons will really help achieve what you have wanted to achieve. Keep up the good work though because it all pays off in the end.
Elizabeth C its a great spirit.Your have a very pure heart but why not our power Hungary leaders could be like you.cisco certificate.
Love you, Liz!!! I hope you can come to our meeting on Sunday!!
Going through your unused clothes and toys and donating them to a local charity is a great way to give back! I had to clean out my room before I left for college and was amazed by all of the things I had barely used!
there are tons of places across Atlanta that take gently used clothing and toys. remember that jackets are really needed during the winter, so if you have an old jacket that doesnt fit think about donating it!
check out givingpoint's volunteer guidelines and tips to be sure you are doanting to a reliable charity!
Well, I'm involved with some charities that do thanksgiving dinners, and I'll ask for donations instead of gifts or at least gifts that will help me help the world if that makes sense :-) I also try to make a point to go through my room and give away some things I don't need around this time of year and donate any usable things to charity so they could be given to those who actually need them.
What a great blog! It's so inspiring to see others who want to give back! What kinds of projects are you thinking about planning for the Christmas season?
